Introduction

Keshav Bhawan is one of the most beautiful and entertaining palaces of Deeg Palace. Here, all the Festivals and celebrations were held. When the water flow system inside the palace was very active, a unique watery atmosphere was created around the entire building, which captivated the visitors.

The building is built combination of Mughal and Rajput architecture. Around it, there are numerous fountains, watermills, and finely designed reservoirs. The arches inside, the stone carvings, and the open verandah add to its artistic beauty.

Keshav Bhawan Use:

Keshav Bhawan was mostly used for the entertainment of the royal family, water sports, and guest entertainments. Especially during the festival of Holi, the confluence of colorful water and fountains is used to create a charming scene here.

This is a royal hall which is located on the southern side of the Deeg Palace. It was one of the main meeting places of the palace, where the royal ceremonies and cultural events were held here. Its wide open spaces were suitable for entertaining guests and important meetings.

The architecture of Nanda Bhawan consists of big and spacious halls, large open balconies, and high windows, which allow the entry of natural light and air. The fine designs on the walls, arches, and the beauty of the Rajput style make it even more attractive.

Nanda Bhawan Use:

The Nanda Bhavan was used for meetings of the royal family, cultural events, guest receptions, and royal feasts. The building was decorated with flowers, lights, and colours on the special occasion.
